3. Services Offered

3.2 Service Limitations

4. User Obligations

8. WhatsApp Business & Communication Consent

8.1 Important Notes

• All WhatsApp messages are template-based and Meta-approved

12. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid by the user.

13. User Responsibilities for Agreement Content

Users acknowledge that they are responsible for:

• Reviewing draft agreements before finalization
• Understanding terms and clauses in the agreement
• Seeking independent legal advice if needed
• Ensuring compliance with local housing regulations

14. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel services before document drafting begins. Partial refunds may apply based on work completed.

14.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• User provides false or fraudulent information
• User violates these terms and conditions
• User engages in prohibited conduct

15. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:
